As parents, we greatly impact the general behaviour of our children simply by our actions. Why not make living and eating healthy a family affair. Inculde your children when cooking. Make new recipes with them. And be active with them. It’s important to remember that we can’t expect our kids do to something that we don’t do.

We believe the children of today are our future. Therefore, ensuring their good health is vital to the longevity of our world. Yet for some reason, society hasn’t made this health epidemic of our children a priority. Well, today, this changes. Here at Art Farms, the health of our children is a top priority and that’s why we’ve started our non-profit cause Eat4Kidz.
We continuously look for industry leaders to get involved and help spread information on how to better educate your children so they themselves can make the right choices to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. At the same time, we have our blog and want to be the means of spreading this information. We call on all professionals and parents alike to get involved and do your part in giving our kids a healthier future.

We want to change the world. Well, not really. We just want to change the way the world looks at kids health. But we can’t do this without you. We need all parents to get involved.
